About Simmie
Simmie is an AI sales readiness platform that coaches, scores, and certifies frontline sales reps. It combines AI roleplay simulations with live-call scoring for multi-location sales teams in staffing and recruiting, home services, insurance, wealth management and other financial services.
What Simmie does
AI roleplay simulations
Reps practice realistic sales conversations with AI buyers built from your own scenarios, objections, and customer personalities. Managers can build a simulation in minutes, or generate one directly from a recorded call. Reps ramp faster without pulling a manager into every practice rep.
Live call scoring
Upload real calls and Simmie scores them against the same rubric used in simulations. Practice and live performance are measured on one standard, so you can see whether training is carrying over to the field.
Personalized practice recommendations
When a rep misses the standard, Simmie finds the skill gap and assigns the practice that closes it. Reps retest until they clear the bar, without a manager having to diagnose every call.
Manager and HQ dashboard
Leaders see team readiness, skill gaps, and practice trends across every rep and location. An account-level admin sets one scoring standard that every branch inherits, so a rep in one office is held to the same bar as a rep in another.
Field conversation capture
For in-person sellers, Simmie connects to field recording devices. Reps start and stop a recording with two clicks, and the conversation is scored and turned into practice.
What makes Simmie different
Scoring you can make decisions on
Most AI roleplay tools, including Highspot, Allego, and Degreed, are built for practice. They offer limited rubric customization. Simmie's rubrics are fully customizable and calibrated against human graders, so scores can support real ready/not-ready decisions.
One rubric for practice and real calls
Simmie scores live calls and simulations on the same rubric. LMS-style roleplay tools grade practice in isolation, with no connection to what happens on real calls.
Built for multi-location teams
A single account can manage every branch, office, or territory under one locked scoring standard. Local managers can't quietly lower the bar.
Works inside the tools your team already uses
Simmie's MCP server runs inside Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude. Simmie also supports SSO/SCIM, and can sit on top of your existing enablement platform instead of replacing it.
Enterprise-grade deployment options
Simmie runs on Microsoft Azure and is available on Microsoft Marketplace. It can be deployed in your own tenant for maximum data control, and simulations run in 40 languages.

The team behind Simmie
Simmie was founded in June 2024 by Ray Cantu, a career salesperson from commercial real estate who used Simmie on his own deals before selling it to anyone else. It started from one belief: AI should coach people to perform better, not replace them.
Uzair Mughal, co-founder and CTO, architected the Simmie platform. He published research in college on models closely related to what Simmie does today.
Simmie is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, with a lean founder-led product and AI engineering team.
